More than 25 years in corporate finance, investment strategy and Family Office management. Natacha has had a 10 year career in international corporate and investment banking, initially at Crédit Lyonnais Brussels and VP in Paris, and then at EY and Arthur Andersen.
She subsequently served as strategic and marketing consultant before joining early 2004 a major Belgium-Swiss family office, becoming CFO and Investment Director, where she is now the non-family Board member. In 2014 she founded Beaumont & Co to serve independently a selected number of entrepreneurial families. Her area of interests are direct and alternative investments (VC-PE/RE), treasure assets (Art), digitization and sustainability for entrepreneurial stakeholders. Sitting at several boards of international family Holdings, Wealthtech and professional associations, gives Natacha valuable insights into the most recent trends and thoughts around the world. Natacha had leading roles in setting up a renowned Art Center in China, developing the first Belgian green certificate building and creating the Belgian US-listed biotech Unicorn. She co-initiated the family office workshop at the European Venture Capital Association. Natacha is engaged on several projects to help CEO-starters with their venture and is an active member of the social welfare organisation Lions club Gandalys.

After studying Physics and following a summer camp at 42 School, Nicolas interned in various companies and industries ranging from start-ups, luxury to a family office. In 2016 he started as a Banker at Argenta, before joining in 2018, the group Ros as a Xerox Sales Consultant. Nicolas is a tech and car passionate and loves sports. She knows the administrative organizational principles, is creative, has a sense of responsibility and pays attention to results. She joined Beaumont & Co early 2021.
